AdviseCCR High School Fellowship & Youth Apprenticeship Program: The goal of the program is to identify (50) rising non-public/underserved high school juniors/seniors seeking a wide range of career and postsecondary planning guidance and resources. AdviseCCR creates a supportive landing space for students and families to connect with expert guidance, resources and opportunities in their path to self-discovery. To support our national model, sessions are held both virtually and in-person in select cities. 

The AdviseCCR Fellows receive a student-centered approach focused deeply towards building the kind of trusting, long-term relationships that are essential for creating successful post-graduation plans. Our team works with students and tracks their planning throughout the conclusion of high school. We offer individualized guidance for:

• Personal interest and identity development

• Exploring pathways, regional youth apprenticeships, and career options

• Researching and applying for postsecondary programs

• Financing planning through financial aid, scholarships, and budgeting

• Preparing to enter the workforce, including help with job searches, resumes and interviewing
